Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and communication with you.  It is then discarded.   We will never sell your email or personal information to anyone! 

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Shipping Policy:

Shipment of your order(s) will come by UPS as "signature required" only.  It is your responsibility to make arrangements for delivery.  UPS will make 3 attemps to deliver. If they are unable to deliver, UPS will hold your shipment for 5 days from last attempt for you to pick up personally.  Failure to pick up will result in additional shipping fees to resend.  To protect the buyer and seller, shipments will only be made with "signature required".    

When you receive the shipment you must inspect the shipment immediately.  If there is damage to the package and the carrier driver is present, refuse the package. Otherwise, read and follow the Shipping Damage Procedures below.

Shipping Damage Procedures: Items damaged will be covered by the shipping carrier.  Carriers will be either Fedex or UPS.  The procedures you need to take to replace a damaged shipment need to be completed within 5 days of delivery. Thay are as follows:

  • 1)  You, must call the shipping carrier on your package shipping label.   Fedex:  1-800-GoFedEx
  • 2) Give the carrier your tracking number(s) from the shipping label. 
  • 3) Request a pick up of the damaged package within 5 days of the original delivery.
  • 4) After Fedex or UPS has picked up the damaged shipment, notify myinflatabletoys.com by emailing us at support@myinflatabletoys.com .  Please include your receipt/invoice number and purchase order number.  Include a brief description of the damage done to your package and product.
  • After we have varified with the carrier that the package was damaged in transit, myinflatabletoys will replace your products at no cost to you.  Please note that this may take up to 3 weeks.  Thank you for your patience

Return/Refund Policy

Myinflatabletoys.com accepts returns only within 30 days after shipment. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.  Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your product. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number.  Your product will be replaced or refunded.
All returned non-defective merchandise must be in the original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt / invoice / packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.   Myinflatabletoys.com will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. You will not be issued credit for unpaid merchandise, nor will credit be issued for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.  Call tags will not be issued for returns or cancelled orders


Warranty 

Myinflatabletoys.com warrants all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date.  We will replace any defective item returned to us under the stipulations of this policy.  All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed in original purchase condition with the original packaging with the original receipt/invoice/packing slip with an explanation of the defects.  We will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns / replacements under any circumstances. Myinflatabletoys.com is not liable for misuse of any of the products sold and purchased. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging.
